Charles G. Menk III

Mr. Menk graduated from Marquette University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He is a highly decorated Navy veteran who served from 1987 through 1996. Mr. Menk began his journey into the financial industry as a consultant with Primerica Financial Services from April 1993 through March 1995 where he received top honors as a licensed broker and recruiter. In 1995, Mr. Menk completed his Master of Engineering Science (Computer Science) at Loyola College of Maryland and opened the doors to InterAct Solutions Group, Incorporated (ISG).

In July of 1998, Mr. Menk spun-off the financial division from ISG to create C.G.Menk & Associates, Incorporated. In June of 2016 Mr. Menk moved his account base to Cambridge Investment, Research, Inc. (CIR) and opened the doors to The CGMA Group, LLC. in order to continue to offer wealth management solutions to his client base.

Mr. Menk is licensed as, a series 65 Investment Advisor, a series 51 Municipal Securities Limited Principal, a series 26 Investment Company Products / Variable Contracts Principal, a series 6 and 63 Investment Company Products / Variable Contracts Representative, a series 99 Operations Professional, a series 22 Direct Participation Programs Representative, and is also a licensed Life and Health insurance agent.

Chuck is an active participant in his local church and community, achieved his black in Tang-Soo-Doo alongside his son in 2012, enjoys listening to his daughter perform (Singing and instrumentals) and spending time with his Wife and two children at their Deep Creek Lake house in Western Maryland.



Patrick J. Perry

Mr. Perry graduated from Towson University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Prior to achieving his BS degree, Mr. Perry worked in the financial services industry with the Smithsonian Federal Credit Union for 5 years as a consumer lending officer and then 13 years with the Bank of Glen Burnie bank as a Credit Analyst and VP Commercial Lending. Subsequent positions include 10 years as CFO for an Italian dessert ingredient manufacturer and VP operations of an Asset Management company located in Southern/Central PA.

Mr. Perry was originally licensed as a series 6 and 63 Broker with CGMA in 2002 but subsequently left the industry when entering the manufacturing business. At the end of 2017, Mr. Perry re-entered the Financial Advisor business. Today, Mr. Perry is licensed as, a series 65 Investment Advisor, a series 6 and 63 Investment Company Products / Variable Contracts Representative, is a licensed Life and Health insurance agent and holds the following certifications: RMA Cash Flow Analysis, RMA Tax Return Analysis and RMA Advanced Commercial Lending, East Carolina University.

Pat was enrolled at Towson University as a Music Performance/Theory major in 1975. His affiliation with the Towson University Jazz Ensemble under the renowned Hank Levy for 3.5 years enabled him to participate in several recordings with the TU Jazz Ensemble and work with notable artists such as Stan Kenton. He exited music school to perform professionally full-time for over ten years and remains active today.
